Reservation Reservation is on “first book, confirmed or paid, first priority” basis.
Cancellation of Reservation All paid reservations need not be re-booked but non-appearance without prior advice means payment forfeiture. 50% payment forfeiture if advice is done within 12 hours before check-in time.

All reservations shall be re-confirmed by the hotel staff 24 hours prior to the occupancy and before the hotel gives-up the room to other hotel guests.

Tentative reservation is discouraged.

Not Allowed The following are prohibited inside the hotel premises: guns, ammunition and any form of explosive materials, pets and animals, materials of offensive odour, drugs, inflammable materials, disturbing noise, and smoking.
